How does it work?

You stick on the hardware and scan the QR code with your phone, which links every tag to a cart or crate. From then on you see it all live: every cart on the map, every crate linked to its cart and every truck with a departure check.

Does it work outside the Netherlands?

Yes. The MG5 in the truck runs on LTE-M and NB-IoT, networks that cover nearly all of Europe. When your truck drives to Germany or France, the carts simply ride along on the map.

How long does the battery last?

The Master lasts 5+ years on a cell you swap behind four Torx screws. The Mini on your crates has no battery at all: it is powered by the Master’s 868 MHz field. And the MG5 runs off the truck itself.

What is the difference between the Mini and the Label?

The Mini has no battery and is welded shut: the Master on the cart powers it, and it goes through the crate washer. The Label is a flat BLE label for boxes that are never washed — peel, stick, done.

Does it work indoors, in the warehouse?

Yes. In the warehouse a depot gateway hears your Masters per zone. On the road the MG5 in the truck does that, and at the customer your driver’s phone.

What if a cart has no coverage?

A Master remembers what it hears and passes it on as soon as it meets a truck, depot or phone again. You lose no data — the dot just isn’t live for a while.

How accurate is the position?

As accurate as whoever hears it: in the truck the MG5’s GPS (±10 m), at the depot the gateway’s zone, at the customer your driver’s phone.

What if someone removes the tracker?

You still have the last position, the full journey history and the last recorded handover. And a tracker that suddenly goes quiet shows up on your worklist automatically.

What does it cost?

You buy the hardware once, then pay per unit per month: €4.99 per truck, €0.99 per cart and €0.15 per crate. No setup fees and no minimum. A Label is also €0.15 a month; its hardware price follows the first pilot run.

Do I have to sign a multi-year contract?

No. Monthly is fine. Committing longer is optional — it lowers the monthly price and locks your rate.

Who owns the data?

You do. Everything connects to your own systems via the API and webhooks, and you can export any time. If you cancel, your data leaves with you.

What does Karlos do with my data?

Karlos runs on a language model from Anthropic. In the app he only sees what your account may see, and he only carries out actions after you press Execute. Karlos on the website only knows product information and sees no accounts.

What is PPWR?

The EU packaging regulation (EU) 2025/40, applicable since 12 August 2026. For transport packaging, reuse targets apply from 2030: at least 40% reusable, and 100% for transport between your own sites and to businesses in the same country.
