Committing longer pays: −5% per extra contract year, prepaid, up to −20%. A cart then costs €0,77 a month on 3 years or €0,68 on 5 — and your rate is locked for the full term.
Example: 200 carts + 2,000 crates + 10 vans ≈ €330,00 per month — less than the replacement value of three lost roll containers a year.
What do you want to know?
How long does the battery last?
Years. The tracker sleeps while the cart stands still and wakes when it moves. You set the reporting rate yourself — the app shows live what every setting does to battery life.
Does it work indoors, in the warehouse?
The connection does — the network penetrates walls better than regular 4G. Only GPS can’t see satellites indoors; that’s what a depot gateway is for, saying "it’s in here".
What if a cart has no coverage?
Then the tracker remembers everything and sends it once coverage returns. You never lose data — the dot just isn’t live for a while.
Who owns the data?
You do. Everything connects to your own systems via the API and webhooks, and you can export any time. If you cancel, your data leaves with you.
Do I have to sign a multi-year contract?
No. Monthly is fine. Committing longer is optional — it lowers the monthly price (−5% per extra year, up to −20%) and locks your rate.
What does it cost to get started?
The hardware, once — then per unit per month. No setup fees, no minimum quantity, no mandatory installation. Twenty carts means twenty trackers and then about €17 a month. Billing only starts once your first tag is live.
How accurate is the position?
Outdoors ±10 metres, via GPS/GNSS — precise enough to see which yard and which customer a cart is at. Indoors GPS sees no satellites; there a depot gateway reports per zone: "it’s in here".
What if someone removes the tracker?
You still have the last position, the full journey history and the last recorded handover — so you know who had it last and where. And a tracker that suddenly goes quiet shows up on your worklist automatically.
Does it work outside the Netherlands?
Yes. The trackers work across all of Europe on one and the same SIM — no roaming fees, no settings. A cart that drives to Germany or France simply stays on the map.
